Domestic Shipping Within Australia

We ship exclusively within Australia. To ensure the most secure and reliable transit based on the specific dimensions, weight, and fragility of your piece, we utilise Australia Post alongside an elite network of premium commercial courier services.

 

Tracking: To guarantee complete peace of mind, all items of value are fully tracked. You will receive a
direct tracking number via email as soon as your order is systematically dispatched from our studio.
Calculated Costs: Delivery fees are dynamically calculated at the checkout screen based strictly on the
volumetric weight profile of the item and your selected shipping speed.

 

Delivery Timing: Please note that because we operate as a boutique studio managing fragile, unique, and irreplaceable pieces, processing and handling windows may vary slightly to accommodate comprehensive safety checks prior to handover.

Bespoke Courier Delivery (Fragile & Oversized Items)

Due to the rare, heavy, or exceptionally fragile nature of certain signature pieces, standard automated postal services are unavailable at checkout for these items. A customized premium courier transit fee will be calculated, verified, and invoiced separately following your purchase transaction to guarantee specialized vehicle handling.
