A wellness retreat was the emphasis for the design on this 6800sq/m block. A Balinese hut, Japanese hot tub, Finnish sauna, indoor yoga studio, and storage room, a double carport with height for a caravan, landscaping for a fairy garden, playground, water features (x2), winding path from the front gate, remote gate and general planting and ag pipes for correct drainage were all carried out. A repainting of the overhang on the verandah and the verandah flooring was all completed as part of this renovation. As was all home styling, making use of old furniture and new purchases.
